The rooms and suites at Riad Mazal were absolutely charming and full of oriental mystery. I felt like I was stepping into a different world. The modern en suite facilities and free Wi-Fi were also a great convenience. As a guest, I truly enjoyed the comforts provided, like the 24-hour room service and cozy bedding. It made my stay even more enjoyable. The seating area in certain units was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found one feature at Riad Mazal that I didn't particularly like. However, I understand that others might still appreciate it.

There are plenty of wonderful restaurants in close proximity, offering a variety of cuisines. the location is convenient for old town exploration. the Wi-Fi, rooftop terrace, beautiful décor, and clean rooms with charming bathroom amenities enhance the experience.
The breakfast wasn't always consistent in quality, and on some occasions, the staff struggled to understand English.

Exotic, relaxing oasis with competent staff and delicious Moroccan dinners. Loved the Jewish, Italian, and Moroccan influences. One of the loveliest places I've stayed. Thank you!
The Beldi Suite bed was delightful. if you're a contortionist.

I recently visited a hotel in an offbeat location for my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and warm staff who gave helpful tips and directions. the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of fresh juices and different teas. the hotel organised a special Moroccan dinner which was the best food I have ever tasted in the area.
The location of the hotel is a taxi ride away from the Medina. it depends on whether you want peace and quiet or being in the thick of it.

I loved the very accommodating and friendly staff who made me feel like part of their family. The location was perfect, close to both the busy market in the old town and some amazing restaurants in Gueliz. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was excellent.
Not one thing.

Amazing stay! Loved the beautiful ambiance of the property with a lovely pool and peaceful areas to relax. The staff was super helpful and friendly, accommodating our dietary restrictions and even going out of their way to offer gluten-free options. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for our family of six. The location was great, with restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the city's attractions.
The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as the staff didn't speak fluent English, but we managed to communicate with some sign language. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was limited to a bun and tea, and even when we requested an early breakfast on the day of our departure, it arrived late.
